The Galaxy F14 5G is powered by a Samsung S5e8535 chipset. The chipset is Samsung Exynos 1330, and it also supports 5G network connectivity.

The Exynos 1330 is based on a 5nm EUV process and has the following cores: 2 Cortex-A78 cores at 2.4GHz and 6 Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0GHz. The GPU is Mali-G58 MP2.

In the smartphone renders, the phone features a vertical triple camera module, just like the Galaxy S23 series. However, the body and bezel are different from the Galaxy S23 series.

The certification mentions the Galaxy M14x, which means that the device may also be launched in some regions as the rebranded Galaxy M14 5G. Samsung has done this a few times in the past.

The same smartphone with model numbers SM-E146B and SM-M146B was listed on several certification websites. It was revealed that it will come with a 5830mAh battery and a 25W Samsung EP-TA800 charger.
